Welcome to the Member Services section of bakersfieldrealtor.org! In this section, you can do many of the things you would normally have to come down to the Association office to do - online! You can view association documents like our bylaws and MLS rules, you can sign up for a committee and even pay your dues and MLS fees online. The Member Services section if also the place to find information about special groups and meetings within our Association. You can find out about the Commercial Investment Group which meets the third Friday of every month for an educational meeting and pitch session. The MLS Caravan is a weekly meeting held every Thursday, here at the Association office, where members can come for a little breakfast, networking, pitch their properties and tour available homes. |
